Awful. Don't go here. They will ruin your face and keep your money. It's not even Dorothy that does this anymore she's too old and their website should be updated. They got their niece Stephanie to take over and they probably taught her themselves in their basement. I do not believe for a second that woman has any real schooling. She ruined my eyes and eyebrows BAD- my face is ruined forever!! . I wish I never saw this woman. Also she smelled like an ashtray and talked like she was on cocaine - She just would not stop talking.... Trust me people do not go here. The review below is their own. Money hungry unprofessional.

I was intrigued with the concept of not having 'smudging' eyeliner... and lips that looked great all the time. I had researched extensively a number of Torontians who do the procedure. Because Dorothy Kizoff has dozens of doctors that recommend her services as per her website and with 20 years of experience... it was an easy decision. She is simply the best and most professional.

I'm ecstatic about the results. The next month I had my eyebrows and a small scar on my cheek (skin camouflage technique) done as well. I highly recommend, Dorothy Kizoff and Permanent Makeup Artisty.

I'm so happy with the experience I had at Dorothy Kizoff's Permanent Make Up Artistry in Toronto. I get complimented all the time on how wonderful my eyeliner is. I even forget that I've had the work done because I don't have to worry about it anymore, I don't think about it! But I still look great!
I totally recommend PMA.
