We had lifting of our driveway last fall with a 2 year guarantee. In July had to follow up to get a repair done as a section sunk slightly. Multiple promises were made to come out and unfortunately several No Shows over the next few months. I can appreciate they can be busy, but don't make promises to customers you can't keep. That being said, the warranty work was completed to our satisfaction at the end of November. They did follow-up to apologize which was appreciated.
