barely saw the server…

ordered strawberry lemonade that never came, tried charging me for it.

food came, no utensils, asked for utensils when the one guy asked when dropping the food “anything else i can get you?” had to ask 2 times before they finally brought it, by the time someone finally did, our food was cold.

forgot my side with my food, had to ask for it 2 times too and when they brought it— ice cold in the middle.

waited 15 minutes for our server to pick up our checks, 50 other servers around doing absolutely nothing, on their phones sitting at the bar. 1 terminal to put in orders and pay on. i went up to the bar and was like “hey so we have places to be and we havent seen our server in 10-15 minutes, we gotta go, is there any way you can check us out?” and after another 5 minutes, some guy comes to the bar, takes our cards, takes them to the server messing around on the terminal (she was doing NOTHING on the terminal, and as soon as the guy comes out she switches back to the order screen), she brings em back and was like “i’m so sorry i have a 20 table outside”… it doesnt take 25+ minutes to ring in food… ive worked in food and it never took me THAT long to ring in more people than that…

Due to working long hours I tend to eat out a lot. A lot of notable food establishments tend to cycle through servers. The Bdubs on Beckley has been really good with have consistent servers. IMO it means they have a reason to stay (kudos to the management). I always ask for Hanna because honestly she’s phenomenal. She knows what my kids and I like to drink and just confirms “your usual drinks” and she brings them right over. If the kitchen is running behind she’s honest with us and lets us know with no bs or excuses. She makes sure our food is made the way we ordered it before it comes out. There was a time where she said “they didn’t give you all flats. So it will be about a 10 more mins”. I do not like drummies (it’s chicken but I’m weird). Again, beyond the service with our food, she made my son’s 13th birthday EPIC which happened to be on Easter Sunday . I asked if she could help us sing happy birthday to him. She went and got some backup from Jenna and a slice of truly great chocolate cake and ice cream and we all sang to him. I know Bdubs tends to be a sports bar but my kids love the way we are taken care of here. THANK YOU Hanna and Jenna for an awesome Easter Sunday birthday celebration.

My husband and I went here today and were 100% dissatisfied with the service we received from Ryan. From the start, he acted like we were an inconvenience and it was difficult to get him to acknowledge us. Our food came out and one of our orders was wrong, we went to correct it but he had already aggressively sat our food down and walked away. He forgot our silverware and sauces so we had to wait a while for those. He never once checked in on us and we had to reach out and ask for refills. We finished eating and waited about 20 minutes for the bill- he was at another table sitting and joking around, ignoring all of the other tables he was supposed to be helping. I finally had to go ask another server if she wouldn’t mind printing off our bill so we could pay and leave- she was very sweet and I wish we had gotten her name. She told Ryan that we had asked for the bill, he came and slapped it on the table and asked if we needed anything else. I went to express how blown off we felt and he rolled his eyes, gave a thumbs up and stormed away. We’ve truly never been treated like this and can’t believe that any restaurant would want Ryan representing them.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings off Beckley Rd in Battle Creek on New Years Day, we went late afternoon and and they weren't busy at all. They appeared to have more take out/delivery orders. I will start by saying the food was excellent, drinks were on point but..... the server Hannah was not on her game that day. She never made eye contact, was extremely dry with her personality, but became much more helpful when the check came, lol because it was time to tip. After providing the receipt, I needed an extra box and I was not able to find her so I stopped the server Ciera, she was so helpful, kind, she smiled and made small talk as well as made eye contact with us. Thank you to Ciera for being so kind to us after the dry attitude we received during our Dinner. Hannah appeared to not wanna be at work that day. I always tell people who work on major holidays, thank you for being here to serve us, its much appreciated.

I placed a pickup order and drove 20 minutes to get there. When I arrived, they handed me the bag and I left, trusting everything was correct. But when I sat down to eat, I realized the order was completely wrong: I had ordered two triple burgers with two fries, and they gave me two double burgers and no fries at all. No explanation, no apology. Very disappointing I won’t be coming back.
