Do not hire these guys for snow removal services. They are badly overextended and do not have nearly enough equipment to meet demands. They will promise to have your driveway open in the morning for the work hour rush but more usually it has been after 8:00 am for us, sometimes as late as 10:00 am! They do not respond to phone calls asking them to come and are belligerent about their lack of service even when they do show up.
