I want to make scientific and medical knowledge accessible and understandable to my patients so that they can apply it to their lives. I also use my training and my position to advocate for reproductive justice for my patients individually and for society as a whole. The exam room is a safe space where patients can talk to their doctors about some of life's most important decisions, such as whether, how and when to become a parent. I value the trust my patients place in me to help them navigate—sometimes difficult—health care decisions. I work with an amazing and capable team to make sure our patients feel seen, listened to, and given the tools and information they need to help themselves.
