Overall, bad experience. Project took months to complete after signing agreement. Dispute about damages their workers made. Would not recommend this company.

I reached out to Terry in 2017 to redo the roof, no problem. He got a team down to replace the roof and it was done within a day or so. Fast forward to May 2025, have a leak, most likely from one of the vents they installed. Called up Terry, he's busy no doubt, told me that he would have someone come by on saturday (today). No one showed so I called him back. He told me a story about his team being unavailable, I asked him how long should I expect to wait cause I didn't want anymore damage, I didn't want to involve the insurance company. He ask when the roof was installed, then said fix it yourself and abruptly ended the call. All in all it is a nice roof job, but post customer service leaves something to be desired. I have more work and I won't be calling Terry if he can't fix his own work.

After getting multiple quotes we decided to go with Advanced Roofing and are we ever glad that we did. These guys were professional and easy to work with, they went the extra mile keeping things neat and tidy, and charged a reasonable price. The quality of their work speaks for itself. Not only do we have a beautiful new roof, but our experience was very positive.
