We have lived in our condo at 162Martindale Rd Grenadier Place for the last 6 years and have always had compliments from our family and friends on the cleanliness and condition of our building. This is no doubt due to the hard work and efforts of Doris and her husband Dan.We thank her especially for guiding us through our first time living in a condo environment and we are very grateful for her knowledge of the building and expertise in trouble shooting any concerns brought to her attention. We would also like to thank the management company, Don Chown, for his professionalism in managing this beautiful building and our investment. We would not hesitate to recommend this building and all its amenities to anyone looking to live in a luxury lifestyle. Cheryl and Ray Snoei
