I have observed the main problem of the Condo is 24/7 cold tap water in Winters which is horrifying and terrible experience... I do not understand what do the maintenance people do all the time...?? It is my time to go to work and tap water is coming chilled, it bugs me a lot...!! I stay without shower continuously for 4-5 days...!! Brush and washing face, hands with chilled water is awful :( highly disappointed. Today also I am waiting for hot water to take shower, it is 4.30 pm and still the water is ice chilled... :( crap...
