I left a brand new mint condition, tag still on, beautiful jacket to be sold a few weeks ago. I was called lately and told that my jacket was "desintegrating" (!!!!). I was shocked to see for myself the DAMAGE done to the sleeves caused by what seems sun and heat while exposed in the store. Unbelievable! They took absolutely no responsibility for it, saying that it wasn't exposed to heat and sun. That turns out to be false because I know for a fact that it was exposed in the heat and sun!!!!

I took in a perfectly good jacket and now because of their irresponsibility I got back a damaged jacket that I will NOT be able to sell.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DÉJA NEW!

The new owner Lillian has taken the store up a notch since taking over. Very focused on higher quality clothing and accessories.

Staff are better trained and more customer conscious than before. Keep up the good work and I will see you again.

i am so glad to see I am not the only one who thinks customer service is the worst.I guess she still is having a bad day. the owner who was supposed to call me back never did either I guess they are too busy with their other store next door!!!
Where is the old owner ?

She would be sad to see what is happening

I don't know who owns this store but they should try to hire staff who have more concern for customer service. I have consigned and shopped there for the last time. It used to be much better, with friendly, knowledgable staff.

Sales assistant on April 14, 2014 was extremely abrasive with many of the customers. If she is having a bad day I'm sorry but customers and consignees should not have to bear the brunt of her misery!

Miss Natasha!!! She treated consignees with dignity and respect and really knew how to evaluate items with the customer's interest in mind. I was a consignees for 15 years! Thanks Natasha.
