Booking at a different storage place fell through last minute. Called at 9am on a Saturday and they were able to get me keys in hand for one of their units within 30 minutes. Awesome service

The gate breaks multiple times a year and they don't even care to help you. Don't waste your money on this place.

They could just leave it open, considering all the storage lockers are locked and surveilled.... But they don't care about their customers.

Also, they aren't open past 11:00 PM. That's ridiculous.

I rented here for about two years from this storage facility. Overall it was quite a good experience except for a couple of situations. Every negative was the gate not working. And wouldn't you know if that's the time I needed to get in. There was one situation where my son was taking stuff to Vancouver and was leaving that morning at 6 AM. They did not get the door fixed the night before or for four days … He could not load up his vehicle. He landed up having to leave two days later. There was also situations where that gate would freeze or something and it just would not be operable. Other than that it was a pleasant experience it's very well run. The manager is kind and a good listener. The issue of having to phone the 1-800 number and beg for someone to please fix the gate. I think it could use a little bit more Supervision at that particular site where they are coming at least once a day to check the gate. And having a company on call that will fix it immediately within hours rather than days.

The ladys at the Sherwood park location are very friendly and always there if you were to run into a problem. I bin renting from these guys for 8 years now and not once have I had any issues

This is a great place to keep your storage at. Especially your vehicles and spare junk. Both ladies, Cindy and Kiana were very good to deal with and very pleasant. I'll definitely be coming back here when I need another storage unit. Got the storage deal of the month. Very clean. Very polite staff.

They have multiple points of access for semis and larger moving trucks, but are unwilling to use them. Not staffed and staff at the Provincial Ave office are less than helpful.

Cindy and Kiana are very accommodating when it's comes to getting you a unit of choice, if when you're looking at a self maintained site to store your goods this is the best location in sherwood park North of the Yellowhead. You will not be disappointed.

I had a complicated interprovincial relocation which in turn complicated my storage requirements. After checking around, I found Cindy at Sentinel and that was my very my lucky day ! Cindy understood my needs, helped me to organize my storage and was patient, kind and knowledgeable as she guided me through the process.
My entire experience with Sentinel was positive from my first inquiries, to cost inquiry, to final arrangements...

and everything in between.
I recommend Sentinel and they clearly employ wonderful staff. I can't compliment and thank Cindy enough.
