Really appreciated the service I received from this Arab young lady. I wanted a hot chocolate made mostly with milk, and she listened so carefully, made it exactly how I wanted, and even asked me to taste it to make sure it was right. She then made my bagel and handed it to me with a smile, even though she looked exhausted.
You don’t come across service like that very often, especially at a place like Tim Hortons. Seriously, what a champ. Great job.

I visited this store in the evening today and this is the worst tims i have ever seen their service is so disgusting the guy who toon my order and was making the order was wearing a hair net…. his hair were open and he was making my grilled cheese melt and without measuring the cheese he randomly put little cheese on the top and i saw it , i instantly told him to put right amount of cheese on my sandwich then he put tiny bit more…. Also you can see the grilled cheese melt…. The amount of cheese and the way its made ….. plus there is no cleanliness at all i also ordered potato wedges and i got it cold soggy ….. i wish could give you a MINUS …. Disgusting staff

One of the worst Tim Hortons I have been to and There was a line, the workers who work here were standing and talking to one another and were not taking orders with first priority and there was only one register open and there was no line in the Drive through still it took us 5 to 10 minutes only to order and then they were asking about orders again, the person who was taking the order she was rude and when I asked her to polite then she refused to take my order and told someone else to take my order. The store had staff but npbody was ready to take the order even there was a line.

This is NOT a Tim Hortons. The Tim Hortons we all know and love has a friendly Canadian atmosphere with employees who are courteous with excellent customer service skills. I don't know who I spoke with today but she was quite rude acting like she was the store owner... maybe she was. If this was the owner, this Tim Hortons is screwed and will never get better with leadership like this. All I asked for was an extra cup for my coffee so it would make it more rigid for my motorcycle. It was like I was asking for a free meal. This lady finally gave me a cup but made sure that I knew that if I ever asked again, I would be charged for it. She kept saying, "I should charge you, I should charge you" over and over along with some other words which I didn't understand. Zero friendliness in her voice. I won't be back to this Tim Hortons ever. I absolutely miss the "old" Timmies. It has definitely gone downhill over the years and to be quite honest, I don't frequent it much anymore and probably will even less so after this experience. Tim Horton's head office really needs to look in to this location. Look at all the bad reviews. There's a reason!

I cant believe the illiteracy between the workers. I placed an order and it took the lady at drive-thru THREE times to get my order right. I placed an order for small iced Capp and a medium cold brew. She said small iced Capp that’s all despite repeating my order. I said no (with frustration) and she said what else? And I repeat again. I had to repeat myself a total of three times at the drive thru and when I get to the window to pay, I only get an iced Capp while seeing my cold brew in the back. The guy later asks why are you waiting???? I said my other drink is behind you. So I had to repeat myself another two times. When I asked for a survey receipt, he gave me a receipt WITHOUT one?!!! Either change your staff or actually train them because this isn’t the service that used to exist.
