One of the employees had what sounded like a college class on her computer. Volume was loud enough that it was quite annoying while I was trying to complete my transaction. The employee was also on FaceTime with someone at the same time via their cellphone. At the very least the employee should have had the respect to lower the volume or go into the back room while a customer was in the store. Not a good look!

I had trouble transferring my old phone’s info to my new phone, so I ended up having to go back in the same day around the time they were closing. It was really busy, but the girls were still very helpful, one employee was even clocked out & helping me. I had my baby with me too, & they were really sweet with him. Above & beyond service, & I really appreciate it!

The woman who helped me with setting up an upgrade (I think her name was Ashley, she is the one who is in nursing school) was super helpful and patient with me as I do not know much about phones. She was with me for hours trying to trouble shoot and I was able to leave with a new phone with no issues! She is fantastic at her job!!!
