Just go even if there is no loan needed.
Onitsha and Jalynn are the best and are the G.O.A.Ts. They listen attentively and reply with energy. There was laughter every second of the hour.

Also, they gave $6000 when other places could only offer $500 to $2000

Please go! Thank you 😊

I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Jalynn and Onishia at LendDirect Scarborough for providing outstanding assistance during my recent visit. From the moment I walked in, they both demonstrated a level of professionalism, patience, and genuine care that truly stood out.

They took the time to thoroughly explain the process, review my options, and ensure I understood every detail before moving forward. What I appreciated most was how approachable and supportive they were — no pressure, no rush, just honest and helpful guidance. They answered all my questions clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with each step.

Both Jalynn and Onishia went above and beyond to make the experience smooth, efficient, and stress-free. It’s rare to encounter customer service that feels this personalized and sincere, and I’m extremely grateful for the effort they put into helping me. Their professionalism combined with their friendly attitude made a significant difference.

Thank you, Jalynn and Onishia, for your exceptional service. Your dedication and commitment to your clients are truly appreciated, and I highly recommend LendDirect Scarborough because of the great experience I had with both of you.

Just want to say, out of all locations around North York, this location has 'the' nicest staff members. Richie help me out to his best and as well as female staff named Sheryl or Cheryl has done her best calling in other locations to help me out with my situation. Definitely recommend this place compare to others. Great job team!
