I had a very positive experience when arranging for a total carpet replacement in our large Winnebago motorhome. Serene, Corey and the whole work crew were very enjoyable to work with, and the result is amazing! I’ll admit to worrying about the result on the slideouts, but our travels since have put our minds at ease — the colors blended really well with the upholstery and window treatments and it even feels more spacious inside now. I would definitely recommend Carpet One to anyone looking for a more local source for interior work than Yuma or Phoenix!

Jyn at Carpet One Floor & Home of Farmington, NM was very helpful with product knowledge and with helping me pick out my new flooring. Also Davin and Osman were so professional and did a beautiful job of installing our new floors in our home. Always arrived when they said they would be there, went over the installation process with me, and cleaned up everyday when they were done. Our floors look absolutely beautiful.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Serene made us feel welcome our first day walking in. One thing I noticed off the bat is when a question was asked & Serene was unsure, she made a point to find out so we didn't leave with unanswered questions. For us, that was a plus. Serene made the entire process really easy 🙌 and was amazing at communicating & nice to talk to when we went in to pay.

Robert did our estimate also made things go smoothly. He asked questions & made notes so everything would be to our liking.

Once we got our estimate done it was a piece of cake to get started. Andre & Osman were our installers (highly recommend). They have done a beautiful job. We had a few changes that had to be made after they started and the guys were very easy going. They also were very patient with my two sons who were very intrigued with the work they did. They even let the boys "help." My 6 year old says he still wants to be an astronaut but his ship will need a floor so he wants to learn 😂

I want to point out one more important person & that is Lori. I didn't know at first but realized she is the owner. She went out of her way multiple times to come by the house and check things out. To talk with me on decisions & really go over things when something needed changed. I really appreciated that. It was a great reminder why we like supporting our family owned business'. She was also extremely good with communication and timely in doing so.

Carpet One did an outstanding job! They installed our flooring and carpet with professionalism and great attention to detail. The whole process was smooth, and the results exceeded our expectations. Keigan and the team were fantastic to work with. I highly recommend them—thank you again!

Carpet One replaced the flooring in our motorhome, and did a fantastic job! The process to select flooring and schedule the install was very easy through Serene. The installers were very respectful of our property and did an outstanding job. We used Carpet One for our home flooring a few years ago and they did a great job then too. I would recommend them for sure.
