I am a patient of the conviva care center I had an appointment with my primary care physician they canceled my appointment because the doctor was out on a medical emergency that's ok but I keep calling after a month and the response was if it's an emergency come to the center and another doctor will see you almost two months later I call to inquire about my doctor to reschedule my appointment and the answer was he has retired in my opinion I think the patient should be notified and also get a schedule appointment with the replacement doctor I have a condition that the previous doctor was working on I'm so disappointed customer service needs to get back to the A1 level

I want to thank Valerie for all her kindness professionalism help ,wao she is amazing she treated my parents with kindness and very responsable , i will recommend her to be the the best medical assistant of humana my parents been with humana 20 years and she made my parents more in love with the center .
