Went out of there way to make sure everything was good for our trip. Friendly people working in office and it was wonderful trip. Would definitely rent a car from them for future trips.

I recently rented a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Clarksburg, WV, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free.

The team was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. They took the time to explain all my options clearly and ensured I got the perfect vehicle for my needs. The car itself was spotless—clean inside and out—and drove like a dream. It’s clear that Enterprise takes great care in maintaining their vehicles to the highest standards.

What really stood out to me was the customer service. The staff was not only helpful but also genuinely cared about my experience. They answered all my questions and even followed up to make sure everything was going well with the rental.

If you’re looking for a reliable, hassle-free car rental in Clarksburg, Enterprise is the place to go. Their excellent service and well-maintained vehicles make them my go-to choice, and I’ll definitely be renting from them again in the future!
