I saw this beautiful watch in store. The store associate told me it was $200, which was in my price range. I decided to try it on after she persuaded me. Then her boss walks over and said it was $2,000 not $200. I was completely devastated and did not purchase it.

Expert evaluator Claire generously provided a complimentary evaluation of the jewelry I brought in, taking the time to explain everything clearly and honestly. I was truly impressed with her efficiency at evaluating then promptly pricing the several items I brought in.

What made the visit even more special was being able to trade in some of my jewelry and gold toward a beautiful, classic Cartier Santos Galbée 18k two-tone watch in excellent condition. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and genuinely pleasant.

The place is nice and did a great job on my sizing of 2 rings. They quoted me $400 to size 1 up and 1 ring down. I felt it was a bit expensive, but I did it anyway. The reason for my complaint is because I was charged tax on ring service, that I already have. If you look up the tax codes, it’s not taxable. They just want to take the extra money. To me this is unfair and taking advantage of customers. I will not be back and I have a few more pieces that need work done.

Very pleasant experience with Estates Consignments. Purchased 3 watches from them, all at very good deals. I never tried their Service Center. I had my vintage watch out for service with a different watch service center, for almost 8 months and they couldn't figure out what is wrong or find parts for my watch. I took the watch to Estates Consignments and I had it back in 2 weeks, working perfectly at a very decent price. I will bring all my watches here from now on. They called me with an estimate the next day, and they would fix it faster but they needed parts. Super fast and very good job!

Recently, I took my wife to see a couple of items for our anniversary, and we had such a wonderful experience. I think I have found my new consignment shop! The gal who helped us was very kind and took an extensive amount of time working with us, showing us the right bands and genuinely giving us one of the best experiences I’ve had in retail in a while! We will be going back! We both enjoyed our purchases!!! 🙏🙏🤩🤩
