From the first phone calls and follow-up to arrange the delivery of the storage unit at the onset . . . to the final call by me to arrange the delivery of our storage container to empty at our end, the personnel have been professional, polite and very accommodating! Firstly, there is a constant issue with charges being incorrectly applied, specifically with regard to delivery fees. Despite my storage unit being on-site, I have been repeatedly charged as though it requires delivery. Furthermore, it appears that Cubeit does not actually manage a dedicated storage yard, but rather rents space from Access Storage. This arrangement has limited my access to my unit, preventing me from accessing my belongings at my convenience, which is incredibly frustrating.

Additionally, the quotes provided to me have been inconsistent and frequently change. I am constantly bombarded with emails providing differing quotes, making it impossible to budget accordingly. On top of this, invoices are frequently incorrect, and even when paid in full, a balance is often carried forward, accumulating unnecessary weekly interest. This practice feels unprofessional and borders on exploitative.

In terms of customer service, I have found the response to be severely lacking. Representatives do not answer calls or respond to emails unless they are pursuing payment. When I have managed to speak to someone, I have faced rude treatment, including instances where I was hung up on and told to “speak to another representative” if my pronouns mattered to me. The continued misgendering and dismissive attitude, including repeated, unwanted references as “ma’am,” have only added to the frustration.

The few times I have received responses to my emails, they are often delayed well beyond the timeframe promised by your team, and when I do get through to a representative, they frequently seem uninformed and unable to provide answers to basic inquiries.

The combination of incorrect billing, unresponsive service, and unprofessional behavior has left me extremely disappointed. I would appreciate a swift resolution to the ongoing billing errors, an assurance that I will not be charged unjustified fees, and a commitment to treating customers with the respect and professionalism they deserve

Unit was delivered on time and in a very clean condition. Drivers were professional and friendly. I took advantage of the promotional deal and found it to be very good value. My project finished early and I was able to have the unit removed from my driveway the very next day. I would use them again if needed.

Great experience so far, communication has been excellent and the driver who dropped off and picked up both cubes was great, he was able to place the cubes exactly in the middle of our driveway when others said there wasn't enough room based solely on a satellite photo, so far dealing with Cubeit has been great. Delivery of the cubes to our new home has been scheduled so we are almost there, I am hopeful that the drop off will be as problem free as it was on the other end.

I have had to rent a storage space for the past year. What is amazing about Cubeit is that you can either have the unit at your house, or it can be parked at their facility. Of necessity, I have experienced both options. The folks at Cubeit have been extremely friendly and helpful to all my needs, even as these needs changed. The driver who delivered and removed the container is a professional. He was super careful to place the unit exactly where I wanted it. The major renovations going on at our house took far longer than we expected. This storage option was exactly what best suited our situation and budget.
