Coverall just finished replacing all the roofs in my old Victorian era house in downtown Toronto. What a good experience! I can't speak more highly of Joe, Mark and their crews who worked on this job and brought it to a conclusion with consummate professionalism and quality. My wife and I are very satisfied with the result. We have never had higher quality work. And our house is challenging because of the Victorian era intricacy: two flat roofs, a large mansard roof (difficult to access), the porch roof, the garage roof and a small little pocket on the front at the very top which of course is a snow and water magnet. Joe's crew spent a whole morning focusing just on the small section. That's how meticulous they are. How to sum up this experience? They are prompt, professional, courteous, excellent communicators, careful to do the job right and reasonably priced. They deliver what they promise and they do it on time. Thank you to Joe, Mark and the whole Coverall crew.

Just a quick update: Joe and his crew put the finishing touches on our new roof project this morning. They capped the parapet with black aluminum. A beautiful and professional job. They couldn't do this piece until we had installed stucco on the outside third floor wall. The stucco was finished Friday. I called Joe Friday afternoon. He told me he would be around today (Monday) to measure it up. As it turned out, Joe came around on Sunday - in the rain no less! - to do the measuring. I was amazed. What service! Above and beyond. Then, this morning - Monday, the very next day - his crew of Mike, Matthew and Jacob were here at 8am to install the cap. Coverall's commitment to quality and to customer service is really impressive. Thank you Joe!

Replacing a flat roof on a 100+ year old semi detached house can be stressful, but Joe and his team made it as pain free as possible. He even helped navigate an unexpected and challenging issue with my neighbour. Joe was very responsive, the work was excellent and they fully clean up after the project. The price was also very fair. I would definitely recommend them!

Had major water leak that when discovered realized water had been penetrating roof and water barrier for years. Required structural (sub-roof) reconstruction, sloping and roofing. Only one company for the job. Was referred to Coverall and now referring to anyone else. The whole team Joe, Lukasz and everyone else was absolutely incredible. I’m so impressed. Some pics of one of the roof decks that Coverall replaced bottom to top including deck joists and all roofing. 100% recommend Coverall.

We had an excellent experience with Coverall Roofing. George responded to our initial inquiry almost immediately, came out the very next day to assess our full roof replacement, and provided a detailed, professional quote. He was also quick to get us shingle samples so we could confidently choose the right colour. Because we had an active leak, George did everything he could to get his crew on-site as quickly as possible. The crew, led by Oleg, was professional, courteous, and completed the job on time. We especially appreciated that Oleg checked in with us before trimming some overgrown cedars that were covering half of a shed also being re-roofed. When the crew discovered mouldy wood beneath the shingles on that shed, George agreed to take on the additional work at a very reasonable cost, even though it wasn’t part of the original quote. The crew did a thorough job cleaning up afterwards—which is no small thing given the mess involved in removing a 30-year-old roof. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Coverall Roofing.

Joe at Coverall did a great job redoing our roof a couple years ago, offering honest, expert advice about the work we needed to have done and getting it all done quickly and in short turnaround time, at a fair price.

He also went above and beyond when, after an historic snowstorm, our roof drain was blocked by snow and ice. He went up on our four-storey roof, cleared it all out, and again, offered terrific advice about what we needed to do to prevent this happening again, all without charge.

I highly recommend Coverall for fast, honest, expert roofing work. Five stars isn't enough.
