I was delighted with the set up in my driveway, and how clean the container was. The business end of things was quite seamless…everything done in one phone call. Payment was also very simple, and transacted two days before delivery, and for the first month, I even got a sizeable discount.
My cube-it provided me with the extra staging area I needed for “Operation Downsize”, and to store items securely (away from weather), until the various people and agencies could pick them up. Thank you for a solution to my problem. Ordering a container from cube-it gave me the peace to accomplish what easily could have been a nightmare without the cube-it.

Pups has been professional in all of my dealings with them. Provided you have a parking spot, the delivery and pickup of the storage unit are straightforward, and any time you need to access it in the facility it's just a phone call.

A very busy company with excellent customer service. All my questions were answered and, when I wasn't able to get an ideal date, one of the reps always said that they would look into getting a better situation for me and get back to me. Unit was great quality and everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. I do recommend booking at least a month out from the date you need a unit, as the larger ones are often in short supply. Price was comparable with other similar companies for delivery, but seemed to be better in value for the "on site" fees.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Upon Booking the container, we were looking to get it delivered asap but we were offered a date 3 weeks later. The woman I spoke with, said she would try to get us moved up and personally call me in the morning to let me know. I recieved a phone call that evening with a date for the following Tuesday (4 days away!). They were very kind and helpful, no issues. When the driver dropped the Pod off in our driveway, he was smiling and again very kind, made sure the pod was where I wanted, an overall pleasant experience.
We thought a month would suffice, low and behold... We need another month, I called the company again and was met with a very nice gentlemen who walked me thru the steps for booking another month. Again, very helpful and accommodating.
I highly recommend this company!
