Consistently the slowest service, anywhere for parts. If you’re going to Wolseley, you better have a full hour carved out of your work day to wait in line. Even if there’s only one or two people in front of you.

Why do you only ever have 2/5 tills open, and both tills are jammed by guys taking massive orders. Maybe the office could do that, and the tills could be used to pay for products? I hate going here.

I am not a plumbler. Aaron & Collin were very knowledgable & helpful. What impressed me, was the speed they were finding items, not just for me, but the other patrons in the store.

Was told that I can't buy a faucet from Amazon and have it work in Canada cause the Chinese threads on the water lines, then told to go to their show room where I can pick out a new faucet and have a whole song a dance. All I wanted to do was adapt from 3/8 compression to 1/2 NPT but thankfully I was just able to redo the lines in my trailer to fit a shut off valve that has the 3/8 on it. No help from the people here tho.

For many years I have been shopping and sourcing parts here. 9 times out of 10, I ended up talking to a counter rude person that made me feel they hate their job. However, today May 1st 2026 I met Mellisa. Her customer service skills are 10 starts out 5. She was very very helpful to a point that I wanted to sit down and write this review. I hope people working next to her take a lesson. Melissa, thank you very much for making my day better. Please keep it up, don't change, don't get tired ur work is really appreciated.
