Tyler (driver) arrivedon time as scheduled and took extra time to assess the cube landing area, ensuring it was safe and accessible , and level given our environment. Working with logistics (Marc) for extensions and pickup times were easy to coordinate and flexible. Marc responded to all my questions in a favourable manner everytime. Had a great moving experience with this company. They allow a very flexible package where you can get the container delivered, picked up, drop at destination and then a final pickup, all according to the customer preferences and comfort. This made our move from Winnipeg to Calgary to be executed exactly according to our timeline, and in very reasonable prices.

In May 2025, Cubeit Portable Storage British Columbia delivered a storage container to our home which turned out to be contaminated with mould. We first raised this issue on August 2, 2025, upon return from a family vacation which we needed to place our belongings in immediately prior to leaving, and followed up again on August 16th and September 9th. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, the company has failed to provide a formal response or compensation. Instead, we have received requests for updated payment details, which is unacceptable given the unresolved health and property risks. The contaminated container exposed our belongings for weeks until mould testing confirmed the issue, posing a significant health risk to our family and jeopardizing the integrity of our future home construction if the contaminated items were introduced. We provided photographic and video evidence, along with inspection reports from professional remediation experts. We have not used the container since removing our items due to contamination. We requested a full accounting of all payments processed since August 2, 2025, reimbursement of any fees charged from that date forward, and compensation for professional remediation of the container and non-porous contents, as well as replacement costs for porous items that could not be safely cleaned. We expected a prompt and professional reply and proposed resolution to the matter, which we have yet to receive even after numerous attempts to call and discuss. This situation has caused undue stress, financial burden, and disruption to our household, and we believe good business practice requires immediate resolution. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

As noted above in our initial review, my wife and I reached out to Cubeit Portable Storage as instructed by their "reply". On the call, we were told that no “manager” was available to discuss our file, but were "assured" that a "manager" named "Brian" would contact us on Monday, December 1st, to review the status of our claim and work towards a resolution. During that call, we expressed—through no fault of the representative—that we had little faith in receiving any meaningful follow-up, given Cubeit’s conduct to date. We also respectfully requested a direct line or email to reach out to Brian in the event we did not get a follow-up call. We were denied this request. Ultimately, and to no surprise, our concerns were justified: we have yet to receive a call, any update, or any reasonable conclusion to our matter.

This continued lack of accountability reinforces our position that Cubeit does not prioritize its customers or operate with integrity. WE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ITS SERVICES.

Easy to book. Staff are friendly and helpful. Delivered on time and in the agreed location on our driveway. My only feedback would be that the invoice mentions paying online and provides a link to their website but when you get to the website there’s no option to pay online. I mentioned this to a customer service rep and he said they don’t generally accept online payments…..so don’t put it on your invoices! Would recommend for storage.

I set this up through online and phone and ended up getting some wrong info which I didn't know till a few days before delivery of the first of 3 cubeit's but when Donna delivered the unit and I talked with her everything was fine, actually better than fine, she was amazing. This is honestly a great way to move items when you need storage in-between. So you’re just moving your items only in and out. Once. Pod fits a lot of stuff. You can unload at your leisure.

Recently moved from a large house and separate garage in a rural area to a small rancher in a suburban area of a city. After researching various container companies we decided on Cubeit, costumer service was excellent, accommodating our requirements even on short notice because I underestimated the amount of belongings we had was not a problem. Cubeit were on time, able to store our containers until we needed them and promptly picked them up once empty.
I personally would like to give a huge thank you to their driver Shawna on Vancouver Island, she was extremely nice, helpful and went above and beyond with helping on the final day of our move, fantastic individual and highly recommend her to anyone considering a container for storage.

I booked CubeIt for long distance moving this past summer. Our representative, Deidre deserves 5 stars. She was my main contact throughout the process from start to finish and she was great to work with. Our initial container drop off went so smoothly and the container arrived on time and on schedule. Communication was stellar at this point - We got a text from Lorrianna, our delivery driver giving us an ETA. We were even able to access our container in the langley storage yard. However, when the time came for final drop off (the most crucial/nerve wracking part) communication dropped. We never got a text from a driver giving an ETA- so i reached out and there was a flaw in the system. Deidre kept in contact with me through the phone calling back and forth and was able to get everything sorted out. For the future, I hope they have better tracking between deliveries (especially long distance) and should double check that containers be put in the proper yard to avoid having delivery delays. Our flaw was that our container was delivered to a yard too far from our new address and it should've/could've been placed closer. This would've been a different type of review if it weren't for Deidre and the delivery drivers who met halfway between cities so we would get our container as scheduled, for them we are very grateful.

The cube it is great, however there was confusion re delivery. The driver was to call my husband and give him a 20-30 minute heads up. That didn’t happen, so led to some confusion and poor time management. Also, dispatch was to give driver my husband’s number, didn’t do that.
So- communication seems to be lacking.
In all, we are pleased with the cube it.

Everything has been amazing so far. The staff are really friendly and extra helpful in every way, from booking the cube, to making a change to the delivery. And (as much as they may not want me advertising this) when the container was delivered, I had requested the doors to open towards my garage. When it got here, we recognized that it just wasn't the best way, so our driver actually turned the bin around for me. That wasn't an easy task, took more time and energy, but she was happy to do that to ensure my experience was good! And....I thought it was pretty awesome that the driver was a female as well! All in all, so far, I'm beyond happy with my experience!

Excellent customer service on everything from booking to delivery. Was given ample notice of when delivery would be there and driver was in contact with me when they were on their way to ensure we were ready. They have been very helpful. The city I live in wouldn’t give me a permit to have the Cubeit out front of our home . So we loaded it up and they came and picked it up the next day . And emailed me with every step of way of where our Cubeit was . And when it reached the final storage area. They let us know it was there and all ways good .
We now move to Courtney and our Cubit is in Parksville . They don’t normally deliver up to Courtney but Deirdre an employee there made it happen. I am so grateful I don’t have to rent a truck and drive down to Parksville, unload my cubit and drive all the way back up. This company has been very amazing but definitely recommend them.
