I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to Francesca for helping me figure out why my updated docs never dropped for me to print out AND for making an insurance card I could use until the originals showed up. It ended up being a computer glitch but Fran was on top of it and in communication with me daily til she found out what the problem was. I have had nothing but great service since I started using this company a few years ago!
