We purchased the brand new entrance door from this company. The first time it rained the door leaked. The owner continued to theow excuses eanging from improper installation to missing threshold parts. Then the owner tried to tell us that we need a water deflector glued to a door so that the water slides off of it and stays outside rather than entering the house. He didn't care about the look of the door stating that apparently "all European doors are now apparently come with a "water deflector"". As it turned out, we were sold the outside swing door as an inside swing. Now the owner is hiding from his responsibilities. The company is a total fraud. The owner seems not to care about customer's complains nor tries to resolve issues that arise with the doors he sells as top of the line. The brand new entrance door leaks water and instead of taking it back, owner went into a total hideout. STAY AWAY. Go elsewhere unless you want to buy something that won't last and would need to be replaced right away.
