First time eating at this location. Just grabbed something while in the area... Just know, I will never eat here again. The pizza was DISGUSTING.. We ordered 2. Took bites if ONE slice and threw BOTH of them away... the cinnamon things was just bread no icing on top or on the side.

We ordered a pizza with the works. It was dry and barely had any sauce or any tast. When I called to complain, I spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager. She said her name was Jill. She became defensive and did not even apologize for the bad experience. As for as managers go, Papa John's is getting the bottom of the barrel! I also reported it to the home office. Don't waste your money!!! There are better places to eat!

Papa Johns advertised the "Super Hawaiian". The picture that they used looked so good, I ordered it.
What I got was a regular Hawaiian pizza. When I asked the cashier about how plain it looked, she said it was the Super Hawaiian.
They need to make their food look like what they advertise, otherwise it is false advertising.
Their crust is "too wide", meaning they do not put enough ingredients on it to take our all of the way out to the edge or atleast close to the edge and it definitely doesn't match the pictures.

My kids love Papa John’s. This location is always on time with fresh and yummy pizza. No complaints from the kids. The only thing I would improve is sometimes the orders do not have what was asked for. Other than that this place is great! We also use the Papa dough which adds up with every purchase. It helps keep the price affordable for us.
