I read some other reviews and couldn’t agree more, this is a horribly run Co-op by the “chosen few” who are as crooked as they come. You’d think they realize, they’re not in Poland or Romania anymore where they have to lie and cheat as a way of life, but I guess old habits die hard. The maintenance guy Kris is the biggest tool, back in Poland he was “an engineer” but over here he can only deliver pizzas so he’s so angry, it’s hilarious. Thanks goodness we’re getting out of here and away from these toxic euro-trash, buyer beware.

Horrible co-op run by a clique referred to as "the mafia" Total lack of transparency and no info on what money is being spent on. Everyone is afraid to speak up. Lots of nepotism and cronyism in this co-op. If you want a co-op where you aren't allowed to vote on decisions, aren't allowed to participate except by invitation only, and want to get your work orders done only if you kiss ass with the maintenance couple, this is the co-op for you!
