Lived there for 16 years apartments are properly maintained. Newly rented apartments are re-carpeted, painted and new appliances if needed. Office staff is very friendly and helpful

I appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the office staff,although the same cannot be said about the maintenance/handyman. Lack of discretion and oversharing personal information to tenants is a common, if not daily occurance.
Residents are very caring, looking out for one another, as well as each others children.
Glen Gardens has a real community feeling. I am proud to be a long time member.
I have always felt that the tenants have been the buildings best feature.

There is no maintenance to the units or the building - garbage all outside the front and back entrances. The staff need to be fired!
