I lived there for 18 living in two different apartments not one was actually completely redone before moving us in, cabinets doors fell off when they were opened piped that were installed properly leaked sewage all over our 5000$ couch set and they told us " that's to bad, better get a new one" that leak wasn't fixed properly 5 times. Then another leak from a different spot was left until green and black mold was emanating from the ceiling and still charged us rent like it was not big deal it only harmful to a human or animals health and that mold was there fir 3 years and was removed until I was moving out........ great timing. Then when it couldn't get any better then nazi landlords think their above the laws of Ontario as they think they have the right to tell people they can't have any large dogs or more than one which us illegal. Take my advice it's not worth half decent rent prices it's a pain just to live there and we wish we had never moved in at all.

I rented a 2 bedroom unit and thereafter a three bedroom 2 storey walk up. both places were clean, safe, close to carleton, little italy and the market.

The staff at the coop were helpful and my fellow tenants were pretty good too. I am moving out but my time here as been good and i am going to miss it.
