I'm very satisfied with how service went. This is a new concept to me and their call center explained it in detail while being concise. Colleen helped me get set up and pick up/drop off was flawless. This is the way of the future and far more affordable than standard moving. There's a few of these companies out there but Cubeit had the best rate and customer service.

Had the WORST experience with this company. After reading reviews not sure how this has this high of ratings . This would Have gotten 5 stars on pick up and moving it but the delivery….. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I scheduled my pick up with my movers on Monday Jan 5th. Took the day off work drove in a snow storm to Burlignton location at the time I was supposed to go , just to pull into the lot and not know where I was going or having an direction, signage or clue. I called customer service right away and told me to drive to the way back of the building? Anyways found all the cubeits. I then called a second time back to the same customer service as my number on my storage unit wasn’t viable and didn’t look like a few others neatly placed for pick up. I spent 35 minutes with my movers trying to locate my number. I found it under 5 other units! Not ready to be picked up that day and no way to access it( see uploaded pictures)

I then called back a 3rd time and the agent said “no pick up is tomorrow” when I asked to speak to a manager the manager informed me no the pick up was today and he had no clue why it wasn’t ready to be unloaded. I wasted $500 paying the movers to basically just go home as we wouldn’t be able to do the job that day.

I then called back and arranged delivery to my new address. I got a voicemail from a manager saying “ALL FEES WOULD BE WAIVED” , this is indoor rent in the story since he failed to mention that there was a charge for “gas and negotiable driver fees “

Anyways they schedule my delivery for today . Between 7am and 7pm. I hired ANOTHER set of movers . I get a text at 11:39am saying our truck will be at your house in 15-45 minutes. I call the movers to come for 12;30pm.

At 12:35 everyone was there ready to help. No cubeit no truck . I call customer service AGAIN at 1pm saying okay now it’s 1 hour late I get this answer “well we can’t call our drivers it’s against the law , and maybe there is traffic “ how does this make sense ? Why would they tell you a time before the driver punches it into the GPS. I asked that agent to speak to a manager .. he said yep as long as I put a claim in by 2pm today a manager will call you back by end of day…. Well end of day happened NO call back. Also I am getting charged for the delivery of $115 , I’m not sure what else will get charged but will wait and see.

I have warned all my contacts already, the movers I used today and the movers Monday to warn their clients about this company. I will continue to tell the public how HORRIBLE of an experience this is. No one will even call you back from a higher up position. What a horrible company

I highly recommend Cubeit for your storage solutions needs. We called for the rental and it was dropped off within 48hrs. Having the cube in our driveway during our renovation was very convenient. The communication from the folks at Cubeit was fantastic every step of the way and the price was reasonable. To make it even better, they are a Canadian company. Thanks Cubeit!

Very organized, everything went smoothly, and nice people! I would recommend Cubeit over the other big competitor who attempts to make their website look Canadian while their head office is in Texas. Cubeit is Canadian based in Calgary.

Wonderful storage units, very convenient BUT, I specifally requested a text before they arrived for delivery but was sent 2 texts one immediately after the other. First one said they would be at my home within 6 to 36 min. The second one said they were already delivered???
I wanted to meet them at my home to confirm drop off locations!
Oh well!!!

They met all promised dates, notified me on day of delivery and then when they arrived and when they left. Took care in the drop and put container exactly where I requested.
Customer service was very informative and everything happened just as they outlined.
I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Originally ordered a single 16’ container for a whole house renovation (flooring and painting). At the time of the confirmation call, it was determined that I needed TWO containers in order to fit all my furniture. The agents quickly secured another within 36 hours of delivery. (Containers were in short supply due to local flooding). When driver Gardner arrived he expertly fit two containers back-to-back on my driveway and the move when very smoothly to the containers. Just note to use short shackle padlock for doors.

Ordered on line was very easy.
Agent called worked with me to get it as close as date I could. Arrived when they stated first thing. Worked with me with tight deadline to get picked up .
Exactly how they described . Sent a lock that was packaged and brand new.

I was really impressed with the service we received from Cubeit and can’t stress enough how seamless the overall process was; from the communication, to the friendly driver, to the quality of the container, the timeliness, and of course the absolute convenience of the container being delivered right to our home - helping out family clear out, clean and stage our house over a 4-day period to get it ready to list for sale was a lifesaver for us. Their promotions online are misleading especially the free delivery. They also don’t accept the costco perks and not even mention about it during the sales call and if you learn about it they wouldn’t adjust and just say that you just need to know it yourself and they won’t do anything if you already placed the order!!! Simple thing but they wouldn’t accommodate it! Delivery drivers are great though!

* Update: Case manager David helped me resolved some of the problems. Overall, really liked the services they offer.
