If you are looking for a home, go see Mary Nelson at Magnolia Estates of Pearl. She made this process so easy and helped me decide exactly what I was looking for. And when you meet her she makes you feel llike you have been friends forever. Mary is so knowledgeable about everything involved in the purchase. And she also will take your call on her days off. She truly cares about her customers and not just about making a sale. There are alot of mobile home dealers around the area, I visited them all but decided to purchase from Magnolia Estates because of the great customer service. And they also have the best referrals for dirt work, electrical, and plumbing. Everyone that was recommended has done an excellent job.

Worked with Mary Nelson and she got me inside my first home at 21! Awesome person to work with who will do everything she can to help you. When the bank and all the people i needed to contact were sending me problems on problems she continued to work and find work arounds to ultimately get me to my goal! Absolutely great personality and caring people person whom i would recommend to any and everyone looking for a mobile home.
