I chose Make Space Storage because its close to home and offers year round outdoor vehicle storage. The move in process was simple and thorough, all done remotely over the phone with a wonderful representative, Honey.
I love how access in and out can be done through their app and the hours of operations suit my schedule perfectly. Thanks for everything!

I had my storage unit here for almost 2 years and the experience was great. Making payments was super easy through their online portal, and they even text you the link when you first sign up. The staff and management are very accommodating and communicate well, so you always feel heard. The location is convenient, close to Memorial Avenue in Orillia, and the facility is open 24/7 with solid security. Overall, it’s a chill and reliable place to store your stuff.

Best relationships, friendships, and partnerships are based on how one can resolve conflicts. I had a recent ongoing conflict with Make Space for additional insurance charges when I had my own insurance coverage. I just found out my contact had left and I received a " live" voice and came home to messages on my landline. One live 5 minute call sorted out matters which were on emails for months. 🙏

I found out today July 27th 2024 that my storage unit was entered without my permission and theft had occurred. Whom ever did it stole all that was worth anything and it looks like an inside job. I have called the number for Makespace storage all day and no answer or a call back. I guarantee it was the new owners. Just a thought. I am in the process of contacting the news and posting this everywhere within Orillia where this happened.
