Tim and Teresa rented my home in Thornbury. I overlooked a few undisclosed issues while they stayed there because I liked them BUT when they left they took several items from my home. I gave them the benefit of doubt that it was inadvertent and we agreed on a small cash adjustment to cover the items. It's been nearly 6 months and they just dodge my calls and text's now. I made the mistake of judging them as people of integrity and regret doing so. I would be weary, if they are dodging me over less than $200.00, I would wonder if they would honor warranty issues on their roofs. Also, if anyone is renting a home to them, get a sizable deposit JIC they move out with more valuable items by mistake. Tim - if I'm mistaken, please check our text's and get back to me ,if it was just an oversight on your part.. I totally understand and will edit this review but I honestly didn't get a reply from either of you after several calls and text's over a 160 bux so I thought you were dodging me.
