Customer service is mostly good. However some of the sales reps at Copy and Print need a little more customer service training.

I definitely agree with this comment. The Copy & Print center does NEED more customer service training. They always seem so moody. Also, when you call into the Staples at this location, there's never anyone there to answer your call. They are always busy and then you have to call back unless you get lucky. It's pretty annoying. I guess everyone chooses this Staples in Windsor to shop from and that's why it's so busy?
