This rating is specifically for the Exchange Tower location located in downtown Toronto. The owner of that salon location is horrible, rude, and inconsiderate. She could care less if the client is unsatisfied; it’s all about selling as much products as she can. The prices are extremely over priced and you just end up wasting a lot of money on their services.

My mom has had countless problems w/ CB Visage! They sent her a birthday gift free facial and toner bottles. There wasn't any expections or rules on the coupon. When she went to claim it they said she got it by mistake and the only way for her to get it was to renue her membership that experied the previous month!!! Needless to say, she didn't renew when to a different location complained and got it for free.
