Liaison College Downtown has some of the best instructors that have come from various global locations. They have proven success, as one of the instructors was actually a graduate of the school. If you want a culinary school where you actually cook, have minimal theory, and do more then watch a chef demonstration in a room of 300 people, Liaison College Downtown is the place to go.
