This location is a very clean and friendly shop. Always well stocked and well staffed. There staff is super friendly and helpful. Always have the answers to your questions. I have never left unsatisfied and I shop there all the time. It is one of the few Body Shops in Ottawa that I will actually go into. 5 Stars for the atmosphere, the staff, the product, the store!
