The Kenaston facility has been so convenient with the drive up access, especially if it’s raining, new clean - large elevator, wide hallways, dry warm; my experience has been seamless. I had an incredible experience with Access Storage in Parisien Street! From the very beginning of the process, where Johnny gave a thorough orientation and advice on how the process worked… To the seamless process of checking out of the storage unit.

The temperature-controlled facilities are spotless and incredibly efficient. My personal effects were in an exceptional condition after both winter and summer seasons. Getting myself in through an automated keypad was also super easy.

The billing and admin was also very efficient and easy to keep up with.

I strongly recommend Access Storage to anyone looking for a great storage option. Thanks Johnny and team!!!

First off, this is not towards the guy at the counter, he tried to help but this is towards the bosses that decided this was no big deal. I specifically told them I was parking a trailer in the unit. I gave the dimensions and they even told me about the “mandatory” insurance for trailers. I asked if there was going to be a building g directly across from my unit for that exact reason and the guy in the phone said he didn’t know but he could email me a map, which he did not. When I got there there was barely enough room to turn around without a trailer let alone park one in the unit and the door was 3” wider to the concrete not including the seals on the door and the 1/2” per side for some brackets. Needless to say I could not get it in and they said there’s nothing they can do but reimburse me. I found another access storage the next day with at least more space in front and managed to get it in. When I mentioned I spent the night driving and parking here and there because where I am does not fit a trailer and it isn’t exactly secured with all my belongings in it so I did not want to leave it unattended they again said nothing. I even asked for some sort
of compensation for the hassle and they offered me a promotion. I even have a unit in another city with them which I’ve had for quite a while and they did not care to acknowledge that that was a big freaking deal. Anything as an apology for not looking into the fact that I told them I was parking the trailer in the unit.

Quick and easy to rent a storage unit here. The payment process is quite easy as well. My only complaint is that the storage units don't have roofs or tops on them but rather open ceilings. People could potentially climb over from their own unit to another one, which is a bit disturbing to me.

Booked a locker no issues. However I had to cancel it due to unforseen events, and over a week later, I still have not received my money back. I was told when I canceled "its been sent to the refund team" with 0 updates 9 days later. Very unprofessional.

Hassle-free experience! Made arrangements by telephone, and contracts and paperwork were promptly sent for e-signature. Any questions I had were answered quickly and professionally. Price was right, location (Parisien) was perfect. Highly recommend!

Getting through by telephone was a bit of a crap shoot, though. They frequently have telephone issues, so that was a bit frustrating; but when I was able to get through to someone, service was A+.

Access storage will definitely follow up with you if you’ve made an inquiry about storage. It may feel like aggressive marketing, but my experience was that it was great customer service. Maria was super helpful and took time to meet me onsite to choose the right unit for my needs. The price quoted was the price paid and it was more than 25% cheaper than Dymon. The storage facility is clean, well lit, secure and in spite of the entrance being behind a building deep in the heart of a commercial area of town, the facility inside is as professional as any competitor.

Really nice experience whit the 2 people at the desk .
I was an old costumer of accès storage for more than 10 years.
I can't have a complaint about it the service they provide it's really good .
The building it self and the metnance it's really good , the snow removed on time .
Unfortunately I move to a big place and I don't need the storage anymore.

I was a customer here for just under a year at their Kenaston location. There no office here but is managed by the Parisien location. I’ve had a great experience and would recommend this location to anyone.
The management and employees are very friendly and respectful. Any billing issues were easy to handle and phone calls were answered quickly. The prices are hard to beat and the automated billing was a peace of mind.
The facilities are immaculate and there are plenty of carts. Everything is in great working order and there are even multiple, very clean washrooms available on the storage floor.
Plenty of easy accessible, wide open parking. Lots of cameras and secure access. No gates. An actual wall and garage door.
Heated and cooled. Rodent and insect free.
The only thing I’d like to see different, is maybe 24 hour access as I often work night shift or late into the night. That being said. They do have long hours for access. 7am-11pm I believe, so it’s not all that difficult to work around.

5 out of 5. I will be returning in the near future.
