Duane did a phenomenal job bringing my car back to life after some gnarly hail damage. He was patient and thorough, and very much looked out for me, especially with insurance delays. Should the need for repairs ever arise again, I will 100% be taking my car back to Hail King.

Here in Colorado, inclement weather and hail storms are something we deal with every year, and unfortunately our vehicles are bound to pick up dents and dings. It’s great to have a reliable local company we can trust for hail damage repair, paintless dent repair (PDR), dent removal, and auto hail repair.

The team at HAIL King does excellent work and really knows how to bring a vehicle back to looking its best. When you’re operating a luxury transportation business, appearance matters, and having a dependable Colorado hail damage and dent repair specialist is a huge asset.

We’re extremely happy with the quality of their work and will definitely continue using HAIL King for our fleet. Highly recommended for anyone looking for professional hail repair, PDR, or dent repair in Colorado.

I was fortunate enough to have my car done same day (the day tennis ball size hit the greater Denver area). I can imagine Duane will be book for the foreseeable future.

Duane was very personable and a pleasure to have work on my car. And I never let people touch my car due to a string of negative experiences.

To be honest, I chose this company solely based on who was listed in my insurance provider’s “Direct Repair Program” to ensure ease of booking. The next detail I looked for was the geographical location, and if the parking lot was easy to navigate. Lastly, I looked for the reviews. I am pleased to report that my experience from start to finish is well-worth over five stars!

When I initially requested an appointment, Hail King was very straightforward with me. They explained that the damage to my vehicle (upon receiving a summary from my insurance, but no pictures) is not something they typically fix. After receiving pictures from me, they confirmed that they could handle the job and booking the appointment was easy from there.

Drop-off was simple, and they got to work on my 4Runner soon after. They had my vehicle from Friday, July 11th until Wednesday, August 6th (today). They were very communicative during the entire process and very patient with me, as we waited for the insurance company’s check to arrive in the mail. They also offered to clean my car before I picked it up and of course, I was very grateful for the offer and accepted.

Upon arriving to pick up my vehicle today, I was so excited to find that they had exceeded my expectations! Not only was the damage unnoticeable (replaced bumper, fixed the tailpipe and backup camera), but my car was completely detailed inside and out. I was expecting a quick vacuum or something minimal since the car was coated in dog hair beforehand. In fact, I made little effort to tidy since I was prepared to get it detailed at some point the following week (budget permitting). It was a welcome surprise to return to a clean and repaired car that is ready for my dogs.

Thank you for the amazing customer service, Hail King!
