Prior to joining Springfield Clinic, Dr. Gibbs served as a pediatrics physician for several years in both California and the Springfield, Ill. area. “I grew up going to the same clinic as a patient that I actually work in now,” says Dr. Gibbs. “I loved going there, so from a young age I thought that would be where I would end up professionally.” Dr. Gibbs’ scope of care includes comprehensive evaluation and treatment in all aspects of pediatric and adolescent medicine. “Your children become as important to us as our children,” says Dr. Gibbs. “We acknowledge that you are the primary caregiver of your child, and you know your child the best.
