Worst service ever!!!!! Lost my 3 packages(which are worth $10,000) then when I tried to track them, the way bill number could not be found. So when I did some investigating I find out the manager at the Spruce Grove depot has not put any of them in and that is a weeks worth. When I ask her to just enter that one way bill in so I can track where my 3 packages are she says "I'm too busy". Never will ship anything through them again. I give the,m a 000000 rating
