I cannot recommend Blue Ribbon enough based on their customer service, timeliness, thorough work plans, and generosity when it comes to understanding their customer's concerns. I've been using them for 2 years now, and most recently scheduled an appointment for a water leak in my condo where Steven Caci, one of the licensed plumbers, arrived on site, diagnosed the issue in depth identifying every possible solution and provided his expert opinion on the spot with recommended next steps. Additionally, James Salinas arrived that same day to diagnose another HVAC concern on site, and was extremely thorough. Truly appreciated his guidance! Thank you Blue Ribbon team! Y'all are truly the best.

Haiden just finished updating my AC System . Very pleased with his knowledge and recommendations for the comfort in my home. He was caring, efficient and friendly. He suggested I had a UV light for my system and explained the benefits. I agreed to his recommendation and he completed in no time. I’m so glad I chose this company for my HVAC. I haven’t needed their plumbing service but if I ever do. I’ll choose them.

This review is a long time coming. I have had Blue Ribbon do installs/maintenance/repairs for me several times over the last year and they have been fantastic to work with.

To start off, I had a water heater go out while a guest was staying at the house. They came out and fixed its SUPER fast and helped clue me in along the way of what was going on. There was a secondary issue that was found out after the repair, they came back and fixed that one quickly as well.

Had a couple more items throughout the year they have helped out on. Friendly, fast, and thorough work. Would recommend!

Adrian N. was wonderful! Very friendly and took extra time to flush out my water line before installing my new faucet (hard water deposits). He was respectful and polite. Plus, my new kitchen faucet works great!

Matthew Long with Blue Ribbon was punctual, especially considering I had a leaking hot water heater on New Year's Eve. I was very impressed with how responsive Blue Ribbon was on a hol8day. Matthew provided me with three very different options which took into consideration our hot water needs and price point. He explained everything very succinctly. He is very personable and professional. Based on his info, I moved forward with buying a new tankless heater. Adrian Rocha did the installation. Again, arrived on time, very professional, explained everything clearly, and did a great job. Adrian also put me in touch with someone at the office to answer a couple of questions. I'm very pleased with Blue Ribbon, and their high focus on providing excellent customer service.
