This has happened consistently, where I've ordered about 3 to 4 times from either future shop or NCIX, and they sent by Purolator. Purolator claims that they attempted a delivery, and on those days there were always people home, but no purolator truck came at all, then after about a day or two, they send my stuff to some depot between heritage and southland station with the WRONG address listed (makes it a hassle for me to search it on google) and then I have to go pick it up. Worse courier service ever...
