A half star is too much!

These guys can not do anything right. A simple task is asking too much, the accounting department takes weeks to get back to you AND the manager is very very rude! I had a client related issue and I had to pay for their error.

Also, be sure to check out what the BBB website has to say.
Avoid them at all cost, any other Company you will have better luck with.

Had a very difficult and rude discussion with account manager when we wouldn't switch our bike service to them. We only required vehicle service from Flash and will no longer be using them!
