I at first was not impressed, because I took my recent experiences with Apple, in with me but once I was attended to that quickly changed! Thank you sooo much to your team, first gentleman that helped me was great and patient. He had to leave and Manager Tenga took over, what a gift to have as your employee. When I tell you she's the best I've seen, I MEAN IT! She went above and beyond to assist me with replacing my damaged phone. We had road block after block but her determination is unmatched! In a situation where I would have usually blown a fuse, I took encouragement from knowing everything in our hands we could physically do was done. That's the excellent customer service many places are lacking today so I MADE IT MY RIGHT , IT WONT GO UNNOTICED. I refer my family to your store with hopes they have the same experience. ;)

Bethesda Row has a really nice, walkable feel that stands out from a lot of other spots in the Washington area. The mix of small shops and cafés gives it a relaxed, European-style vibe, and it’s easy to just wander around and enjoy the atmosphere. I especially liked how lively it felt without being overwhelming.

I had a wonderful time visiting Bethesda Row on Saturday. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with so many local vendors showcasing unique and beautiful products. It was great to see the community come together and enjoy the weekend. The transition from spring to summer made everything feel especially vibrant—the pleasant weather, outdoor activities, and people enjoying the neighborhood created a warm and cheerful ambiance. Bethesda Row is truly a delightful place to spend a Saturday and experience the spirit of the local community.

Beautiful neighborhood, plenty of good restaurants & shopping areas. Near farmers market, trails for biking, walking the dogs, jogging or walking. Many outdoor restaurants that are pet friendly.

We enjoyed a morning walk around downtown Bethesda. We were early so most of the shops were not open yet (they open at 11), but there were a few restaurants open for coffee and breakfast. The streets were nice and clean, and besides for the heat, it was a lovely stroll.
