We had owned our home for over 20 years, and needed a lot of guidance and help since the market has changed so much since the last time we sold a home. Royal was helpful in recommending changes that we could make to sell our home faster. He and his team pitched in with a couple of last-minute adjustments to help us get the house on the market on our timeframe. Communication was good and there was follow up when things got a bit overwhelming. We really appreciate the service and attention, as well as how easy it was to work with Royal and his team.

I have so many good things to say about Royal Family! Selling our house was an unbelievably successful and pleasant experience. The house was sold at the listed price in 5 days!! The marketing was done beautifully! Royal Family sent a professional photographer to our home and created a gorgeous photo layout of the interior and exterior that showed the best views of our home --online and with beautiful brochures in our home for showings. The entire staff was very attentive to us and our needs and very kind. The best thing was that we never had to call to find out what was going on with our sale. The staff called and updated us with each detail, no matter how small!

Royal is an amazing agent. He got us our asking price in 5 days!! When we first reached out online to inquire about listing with him, he got back to us within 5 minutes. He met with us and walked through our home within a couple of days. A few days later he presented his marketing plan to us. He gave great advice about the sales price and when to put the house on the market! Did I mention that he sold our house in 5 days for the asking price? We never had to call to ask him how things were going with the sale of our home. He updated us constantly! He gave us very sound advice about offers received and how to address them. During the days before closing he kept us appraised of the steps being taken in our closing process. On the day of closing, when we were driving cross country to our new home, he updated us about everything. including the moment when our we received our sales money. He is confident, encouraging, knowledgeable and so so motivated. We are so glad we hired him!!
