I was calling concerning a parcel which had been sent to an adress I had clearly said would be closed. The office person was helpful, but put through to someone to reschedule the delivery to the correct address. That person took the details and asked me to hold on while she connected with dispatch to get a new reference number for delivery. After 6 minutes of waiting and no update I gave up.
2 strikes for one parcel.
