Expect to wait..usually one agent and if they are busy and you are picking up only, expect also to be ignored by a bad customer service agent with attitude..3 X now I waited longer than 20 minutes each time for a simple pick up...UGH!

Never actually deliver anything. They just put stickers on your door (even when you are home) and make you travel downtown to pick up the thing they were paid to courier.

The branch isn't very busy which is not surprising given the terrible level of service.
It took me ten days to get a letter as they kept on misplacing it.
Use them at your own risk.
