The delivery was scheduled for between 9am and 5pm. I took a day off work to be home and never heard from the driver. When i phoned the main line it was always busy. When I left a message to the agent that booked the delivery she never call back. I had booked labor for the next day to help with installing my purchase and had to cancelled for a cost. I can understand when something is delayed or postponed but a curtosy call is the least this company could do.

Do not use Same-Day Right of Way for Walmart orders online. Same-Day will give you a tracking number. That tracking number will inform you your delivery will be over one week later. All of a sudden, you will find the tracking number to show OUT FOR DELIVERY. Someone will show up to deliver your items without adequate tracking information and will not leave your items at the door like UPS or Canada Post will. You will be lucky to get your items. When you call their customer service line, they are rude and abrupt. They do not care or want to listen. They just ask you for tracking and tell you someone will call you who never does. Do not use Walmart if they continue using Same-Day Right of Way courier service. Worst service imaginable!

I would just like to commend the Sameday driver, Rick, and I'm sorry I don't know his last name. I had a package come while I was on vacation that I forgot was coming. He tried multiple times to get me when he finally got me I texted him back I told him that I work during the day and he brought the package to my work. Any other carrier service that I called I had to drive clear to the Moncton airport during hours that I work and has been very difficult to pick up packages I'll definitely use Sameday again.

Had a driver call me for delivery and I missed the call. I returned his call 20 minutes later and left a message to call me back. No return call. I called again 2 hours later and left another message and still no answer or return call. I called an hour after that and the driver had turned his phone off and it is only 2 pm.

So I called the Customer Service line. After briefly speaking to someone who showed no interest in helping me themselves, I was forwarded to the local depot. Guess what... no answer! I called customer service back and they refused to give me the ext. to the local depot. I have dealt with all major curriers and this has been by far my worst experience.

They tell the supplier goods will be delivered the next day. BUT they sit in the Moncton depot until Friday and then get delivered!

despite the messages while on hold for an hour, they dont schedule home delivery, DO leave annoying door hangers and then want to charge for 2nd delivery. you cant even phone the local office to bypass the 1800 # thats not staffed.

I ordered three items through Walmart.ca and same-day was used as the shipper. Two weeks after I had not received my items I contacted Walmart to find out what happened to my order and I learned one of my items had been misplaced so a dock check would be completed and then the items would be sent out. It has now been almost two months and neither Walmart nor Sameday seem to know what the status of this missing item is. And on top of that, yesterday they delivered only one item and now have to perform another dock check for the second missing item. One of three items delivered and two missing. Clearly a big disconnect between customer service, the warehouse and their clients as no one at Walmart or Sameday had any updates after almost a month! And clearly an even bigger problem with loss prevention in this company as two items have gone missing. I definitely will not be shopping anywhere that uses or associates with Same-day delivery.
