This company is absolutely disgusting. Unreliable, dishonest, incompetent, rude and expensive.

This it the second time that Purolator has come to my door and without knocking or ringing the doorbell this week, for a second package, that I have spent a second day waiting for at home. I am tired of having to walk to the Purolator office because the delivery man refuses to make an effort to make his presence known.
Upon calling the office, the only published number, I was forwarded to the number of a manager, who wasn't available despite my repeated attempts at contact. Calling the retail office back, the counter had no more help to give me except the pre-programmed responses which they are instructed in.
Failed.

After 3 years using purolator I have come to the conclusion they are an unreliable and not quick shipping company. They have lost packages as well as just not delivered items. Sometimes when ur shipment has a problem they will not contact you but wait for you to contact them. I have had items sit for 1 month in the unknown. And to even put more icing on the cake they have 3 of my shipments MIA atm for almost a month each.
Canada post is even faster and more reliable and cheaper
