The 20 case minimum makes this company a unsustainable choice for mom and pop restaurants, and creates a financial strain. If your able to pick up at there location, they do allow that. They will run any card on file, even if they never asked if they can keep it on file. Nico in the credit Department laughed at me when I was struggling financially. And they literally act like thugs. I would encourage people to use Costco or another distributor in line with small town America. Per my sales lady Van Eerdan cannot compete with Costco price wise. Buyer beware, they are a great company until the aren’t.

I delivered a load here. I arrived at 11:30 a.m. due to a snowstorm. They said they were closed. They told me to come back at 5 a.m. the next day. I came the next day and they wanted $356 to unload the load. Nonsense. Then the forklift driver damaged a product. They charged me for a damaged product. This place is ridiculous and disrespectful. Think twice before coming here.

Got here at 630am for 0800am appointment. Was given a door straight away 16 skids with a lumper fee and was gone in a hour half or less. Easy backing. Overnight shouldn't be a need pleanty of truck stops within 30 mins. Picture added because I love Christmas lights.. extra stars to a company for decorating.
